Former Whites striker Bobby Davison has joined the club on a short-term basis to help running the academy with Neil Redfearn following the exit of academy bosses Neil Thompson and Daral Pugh. Grayson said: "Bobby has been around the circuit, at Bradford running their youth team up to the first team, and in Hungary at Ferencvaros. He jumped at the chance to work with us. It's a short term view, but the long-term personnel of the academy is still to be decided."
