Duo set to return
Leeds duo Billy Paynter and Robert Snodgrass are expected to return this week in a behind-closed-doors friendly.
Paynter, a summer signing from Swindon, and Snodgrass have been missing since pre-season but have continued to work behind the scenes at Elland Road and are now in need of match practice.
Manager Simon Grayson told the club`s official website: "They've both been training and have made really good progress. The next stage is match fitness now and with no reserve game we have a behind-closed-door game this week when they will both play.
"They are obviously two big players for us. Billy played twice in pre-season and everybody knows about Snoddy and what he is capable of.
"It was disappointing for them both. Billy had only been with us for a month and had just scored his first goal and Snoddy was looking sharp and in good form when he suffered the injury in Norway."
