Connolly in reserves comeback

16 March 2011 13:30
Leeds defender Paul Connolly could be set for a return to first-team action after completing 90 minutes for the club`s reserves on Tuesday. The right-back has been absent since injuring his hamstring in the Whites' win over Coventry last month, but lasted the full match in the second string's 6-0 hammering of Gateshead. Boss Simon Grayson will now have to decide whether to hand him a recall for the trip to Sheffield United or stick with Aston Villa loanee Eric Lichaj. The United States international recently had his loan at Elland Road extended until May 7.
