Chance For Duo To Shine In Friendly

Leeds United will give Andy Robinson and Lubomir Michalik a chance to improve their fitness at Wakefield tonight as the pair continue to wait for moves out of Elland Road. Robinson and Michalik are looking for new clubs after being told by Simon Grayson that they are no longer part of his plans. They are expected to receive run-outs during this evening's second-string friendly (7.15pm). Neither player has featured in the club's senior pre-season schedule and both were omitted from Leeds' recent tour of Slovakia but Michalik and Robinson will add strength to a United line-up tonight which should feature several experienced professionals. Right-back Jason Crowe, who suffered a foot injury earlier in the summer, is due to play and both goalkeeper Alan Martin and striker Davide Somma will also be involved.
