Ledesma seeks Lazio exit

Lazio's Argentina midfielder Cristian Ledesma has made it clear that he will leave the club at the end of the season, after talks over a new contract hit the buffers.
The 25-year-old, who has been with the Rome club for two seasons, is unhappy at the attitude of the club's hierarchy and insists that he will move on for pastures new as soon as is possible.
Ledesma said: "When I arrived here there were other clubs I could have joined who were offering more money.
"I chose Lazio for the project, the side's history and I accepted the salary cap.
"However, that cap has changed and if you are considered an important player, such as myself, then it is only right that you expect a little more.
"There is no fight with the club. I asked for a contract renegotiation to be sorted out before July 12, because I didn't want to start pre-season training with other worries in my head.
"I didn't receive a yes or a no from the club."
