Two goals from Brazilian Hernanes saw Serie A title contenders Lazio reach the Italian Cup semi-finals as they eased to a 3-0 win over mid-table Catania.
Romanian defender Stefan Radu had headed Lazio into the lead in the first-half but it was only when Hernanes doubled their lead just after the hour mark that the hosts could relax.
The 27-year-old Brazilian international - who has scored seven times in the league this season - rounded off the scoring with a well-taken third in the first minute of time added on.
Wednesday sees the tie of the round as champions Juventus host AC Milan with the other two quarter-finals taking place next week.
