Bresciano makes Lazio move

Serie A side Lazio have confirmed the signing of Australia international Mark Bresciano on a two-year deal.
The 30-year-old joins the Stadio Olimpico-based side on a free transfer after his contract with league rivals Palermo came to an end and Lazio will now be his fourth club in the country following earlier spells with Empoli and Parma.
Bresciano featured heavily for the Socceroos at this summer's World Cup finals in South Africa and he has made 57 appearances for his nation, scoring 11 goals in the process.
He was thought to be on the verge of joining former Palermo coach Walter Zenga at Saudi Arabian side Al Nassr, but he has opted for a move to Rome.
