We continue our countdown to the World Cup with a look at the man they're calling 'the Asian Wayne Rooney', Korea DPR's Jong Tae-Se.

Jong put his name in the headlines in 2008 when goals against Japan and Korea Republic helped him to top scorer at the East Asian Championship.

The 26-year-old striker graduated from Korea University and signed for J-League side Kawasaki Frontale in 2006.

He's scored an impressive 41 goals in 102 appearances for Kawasaki, and earned a reputation for his strength on the ball and powerful shooting ability.

Jong made his international debut in June 2007 and was a regular in Korea DPR's qualification campaign for South Africa.

Korea DPR will be up against Brazil, Ivory Coast and Portugal in arguably the toughest group of the World Cup.
