Well set to win Gow race

Motherwell look set to win the race for Alan Gow after confirming he will sign on Thursday subject to passing a medical.[LNB] The 27-year-old forward attracted the interest of several clubs after being released by Plymouth.[LNB]A move to Swindon reportedly collapsed over personal terms and he was also linked with Motherwell's SPL rivals Kilmarnock and St Mirren.[LNB]He has now signed an initial six-month contract with the Steelmen subject to medical formalities tomorrow morning.[LNB]The former Falkirk and Rangers player will then be paraded at Fir Park following the completion of his move.[LNB]
