Veteran pair exit Rugby Park

Kilmarnock boss Jim Jefferies has allowed winger Allan Johnston and defender Grant Murray to leave the club.
Thirty-five-year-old Johnston had been offered a coaching role at Rugby Park, but wants to continue his playing career next season.
Jefferies told the Kilmarnock Standard: "Allan's been involved in the coaching side of things with the club, but he told me he wants to continue playing.
"He understands the situation here and now is the time for him to move on."
Jefferies has also praised Murray, who has been with Killie for three seasons.
He added: "Grant was brought in as a squad player who could play in several positions, but he's at the stage in his career where he wants to play more regularly."
