illy Reid believes Hamilton will face the "most refreshing team in Scotland" when they play Kilmarnock at Rugby Park on Wednesday night.[LNB] The Ayrshire club had a difficult start to the season under new boss Mixu Paatelainen but have clicked in their last two SPL matches with 3-0 wins away to both Hearts and St Johnstone.[LNB]Accies boss Reid, who is looking for his side to bounce back from Saturday's home defeat to Dundee United, was unstinting in his praise for Killie, claiming that they remind him of his own team at their best.[LNB]"They are absolutely brilliant," he said. "I love the way they are playing.[LNB]"I think they are the most refreshing team in Scotland.[LNB]"They have a belief in what they are doing, like at this club.[LNB]"They have good players in the right areas of the park who are playing with confidence.[LNB]"They have flair and they are working really hard when they don't have the ball.[LNB]"They pass the ball from the back, they are patient and suck teams in.[LNB]"Conor Sammon up front as a focal point, he is big, strong, runs channels and scores goals and they have two wide players who come in and play.[LNB]"They have energy in the middle of the park, with a sitter in there, Manuel Pascali, who has been excellent.[LNB]"They are quite happy to go two against two at the back, with two full-backs bombing on.[LNB]"It is exactly how I want to play and when we were on form last season and playing well, it was how we played."[LNB]Reid continued: "They are getting the rub of the green as well.[LNB]"Against St Johnstone they dominated from start to finish but they got the wee breaks.[LNB]"St Johnstone should have got a penalty kick and they also hit the bar and one or two other little incidents went for Killie.[LNB]"But they have earned the right to do that with the way they are playing and it is all credit to Mixu and his assistant and how the club have shaped up.[LNB]"But we will go there tomorrow night and we will pass the ball, so it has the makings of a smashing game."[LNB]Reid revealed that Alex Neil will again miss out to help him get fully fit.[LNB]The Accies skipper returned from a summer hip operation as substitute against Motherwell but missed Saturday's game against United.[LNB]Reid said: "Alex Neil won't make the squad. The physio has asked us to pull him back again.[LNB]"He has been out for five months after his second operation on his hip so we have to make sure when we bring him back he is right.[LNB]"We put him on the bench against Motherwell and we brought him on for the last 25 minutes but we have been asked to be a bit more patient with him so we will do it.[LNB]"It's only fair to Alex that we don't want to rush him back and maybe risk aggravating it. I don't know when he will be back."
