Naismith signals Killie stay

Kilmarnock's Scotland forward Steven Naismith has withdrawn his transfer request at Rugby Park after seeing an approach from Celtic come to nothing.
Rangers had also been in the hunt for the 20-year-old, but had failed to match the verbal offer made by the Bhoys - which has not been firmed up as yet.
Killie boss Jim Jefferies told PA Sport: "I got the letter from the chairman late this afternoon (Friday) and it's great news for us.
"If anyone doubts his commitment then this has put it to bed. I think he had enough of all the speculation.
"If a transfer happens, it happens, but he is happy to stay with Kilmarnock and get on with his career.
"He's letting everyone know and there was no prompting from us."
