Mixu moans about misses

Kilmarnock manager Mixu Paatelainen admitted his players only had themselves to blame for spurning early chances as they lost 2-1 at Kilmarnock. Conor Sammon's late goal was not enough to earn a share of the spoils for the Finn's side. He said: "We totally dominated the match, but there's no point playing good football and getting opportunities if you don't bury them. Sometimes in football, the better side doesn't win." Paatelainen declined to defend Frazer Wright, whose second yellow card for dissent summed up a frustrating afternoon for the home side. He added: "Frazer lost his head and handicapped the team. The bottom line is I don't want players to go and talk to referees in the manner he did."
