    Kyle expects Killie survival

    27 Apr 2010 - 10:41:08

Kilmarnock striker Kevin Kyle remains confident that his club will avoid relegation from the SPL this season.

A 1-0 loss at St Mirren left Killie only one point above rock-bottom Falkirk with three games to play, but Kyle believes that two remaining home games will prove crucial.

He said: "We are quite confident with the fact that we have two home games because our home form has been quite good.

"If we win those two home games, it will be enough to keep us in the league.

"But we don't want to leave it until the last day, so the main priority is beating St Johnstone at home next week.

"If we put in the same work, effort and performance as we did against St Mirren, the goals will come.

"The good thing is that it's still in our hands and we've just got to keep believing we will get the three points."
