Kyle confirms Kilmarnock exit

Striker Kevin Kyle has confirmed he is to leave Kilmarnock when his contract expires next month.

The 28-year-old hitman has scored 10 goals in 35 appearances for the Scottish Premier League club this season but is out of contract at Rugby Park this summer.

His final game for the club will be Saturday's relegation showdown with Falkirk.

"Saturday will probably be my last game for Kilmarnock," he told the Daily Record.

"I've been here for 18 months and I've enjoyed every minute.

"But I've got things I want to pursue and Kilmarnock haven't offered me anything so I can't wait for them.

"I've got options and haven't ruled anything out. Aberdeen appeals to me because of the history at the club."
