Kilmarnock v Hearts Preview

20 April 2013 01:26
Will it be a complete whitewash of wins over Hearts at Rugby Park? Today's game is of great significance for Ayrshire's Finest. Simply for one proven fact up and until today which is, that Kilmarnock have remained unbeaten against the Tyncastle side all season and that is both home and away!

You would think that whichever starting XI Rugby Park manager Kenny Shiels puts out, will go and do the same to complete the whitewash over the Jambos? Don't hold your hopes too high, as the recent match against Dundee can suggest.

Taking a look at both sides recent games, neither team have the edge, so this could well be the game both sets of fans will be hoping for, for a good entertaining game and the result to be a good one for either side.

On the injury front then and Rory McKeown could be sitting on the sidelines for Kilmarnock, along with Manuel Pascali for the remainder of the season due to his recent surgery on the knee.

For Hearts, Marius Zaliukas and Danny Grainger are out however the Jambos will be welcoming the news that, Andrew Webster and Darren Barr have been passed as fit.

May the best team win.
