Killie backed by Jefferies

Kilmarnock manager Jim Jefferies was encouraged by his side's performance against Rangers, despite Killie falling to a fourth consecutive defeat in the SPL.
Jefferies' men went down 2-0 at Ibrox, but he felt that they showed enough spirit to end their losing run in the near future.
He said: "The last four games we have lost we have always been in the game and I thought we were in the game again this time.
"We got off to an horrendous start and the last thing you want to do here is lose a goal early, especially with the form we have had.
"You fear the worst and know that if you lose another one quickly, then you are in for a confidence-sapping result.
"But I've got to give my boys credit, they didn't buckle, they played their way back into the game and we had some good chances."
