Kilmarnock manager Jim Jefferies bemoaned his side's wastefulness in front of goal as they slumped to a 2-0 defeat at Hibernian.
Craig Bryson and Danny Invincibile missed excellent chances to get on the scoresheet at Easter Road as Killie crashed to their 16th defeat of the campaign.
The former Hearts and Bradford City boss said: "It was our best performance for a long time away from home.
"We started the game terrifically, never let Hibs get on top and had most of the possession going forward.
"We looked like we were going to score rather than concede another in the second half.
"Hibs have got what we've not got at the moment and that's a cutting edge. That's something we have to address for next season."
