Alexei Eremenko is enjoying his time at Kilmarnock but well aware his loan spell at the club could be cut short by Metalist Kharkiv in January.[LNB] The playmaker has been in inspired form since joining the Rugby Park side back in August and turned in another impressive display in his side's 1-1 draw against Dundee United on Saturday.[LNB]But the Finnish international Kharkiv, admits he could leave Mixu Paatelainen's side during the January transfer window.[LNB]He said: "Many things depend on Metalist. It is a possibility that they could recall me in January or sell me on.[LNB]"I'm enjoying my time here and the team is doing great so I'm not thinking about it too much.[LNB]"I will see what happens in January but right now I'm concentrating on doing my best here."[LNB]Eremenko joins up with his national side for their European Championships Group E qualifier against San Marino on Wednesday.[LNB]And the midfielder thinks Killie boss Paatelainen is the ideal candidate to replace the recently departed Stuart Baxter.[LNB]Eremenko added: "I haven't heard anything about it but maybe I will this week.[LNB]"He, of course, has the quality to do the job as he knows the European style of football as well as the Finnish people and their mentality.[LNB]"It is a different case for me as I will have him with the national team if he does get the job or I will have him here if he stays."
