Combe refuses to give up

Kilmarnock goalkeeper Alan Combe has not given up hope of winning a call-up into the Scotland squad.
The 33-year-old former Dundee United and Bradford City shot-stopper was chosen for a Scotland B game last term and has been an unused substitute on two occasions for the full team.
He told the Daily Record: "I'm philosophical about the Scotland issue.
"My priority has always been to do the best job I can for Kilmarnock, but if the new Scotland manager comes in and wants to include me in his squad that's great.
"Around a year ago I said they'd maybe be looking at younger people. The younger people at that time were doing well enough, so I had no issues with that at all."
Meanwhile, Killie's Scottish Cup fourth round clash at Airdrie United has been postponed because of a frozen pitch and will now be played on Monday January 28.
