Kilmarnock boss Jim Jefferies admitted that his side had struggled to break down Inverness Caledonian Thistle in the 1-1 draw at Rugby Park.
The Highlanders have failed to win at home this season, but have lost just once in four games on the road.
Jefferies said after the stalemate: "You know what you are getting with Caley Thistle, but they are still very difficult to play against.
"They sit deep, slow things down and try to hit you on the break which can be frustrating, as it was for our players and fans.
"But that is how they get results and I am not criticising them because they make things hard.
"It is no surprise they have such a good away record. It is terrific."
