Calderwood hoping to start winning

Killie have not scored in four successive defeats but they have faced both sides of the Old Firm plus top-six certainties Motherwell and Hibernian.[LNB]Calderwood guided Kilmarnock to seven unbeaten games before the defeat at Motherwell and he is looking for his team to get back on the winning track against Hamilton at Rugby Park in a crucial SPL clash on Wednesday night.[LNB]"I don't think we have played that badly," Calderwood said. "Against Hibs we should have got a result.[LNB]"And against Rangers and Celtic we've more than matched them for 50 minutes. If we had got the first goal I thick we would have gone on to win.[LNB]"So I can't be too hard on them. They have done well, now we have to start winning games.[LNB]"We want to get another run going. Obviously we have got to go to Celtic Park on Saturday, which is not the easiest place in the world and seemingly they are playing really well again. But they are wonderful games to be involved in.[LNB]"But it would be nice to get a win in the two home games. It's not going to be easy with Hamilton and Aberdeen but if we win our home games then we will be okay."[LNB]Calderwood has a full squad to choose from with Kevin Kyle fully recovered from a groin problem.[LNB]"The great thing for me is that Kevin Kyle is looking as sharp as I've seen him since I came here," the former Aberdeen manager added.[LNB]Hamilton travel to Ayrshire on a four-match unbeaten run and manager Billy Reid is looking for his side to take advantage if they maintain their recent trend of making positive starts.[LNB]He said: "We are so eager to come out the traps and we have done that against St Mirren, Aberdeen and Falkirk, but have not managed to score when we have been on top.[LNB]"We have had good opportunities and goals disallowed. When you're on top for the first 25-30 minutes you must score because other teams are going to get chances.[LNB]"But we're not panicking, I'm certainly happy with the way things are going."[LNB]Hamilton have leapfrogged Kilmarnock in recent weeks and Reid is looking to ensure they stay ahead of the Ayrshire side and also put pressure on Aberdeen.[LNB]"The motivation is the team ahead of us, we're only four points behind Aberdeen," he said.[LNB]"Kilmarnock have had a rest at the weekend and, as the home side, will be looking to turn us over, but we will go there in confident mood."[LNB]Reid will have the same squad that drew with Falkirk on Saturday minus unused substitute Trent McClenahan, who suffered a knock in training.[LNB][LNB] Kilmarnock 11/10, Draw 12/5, Hamilton 5/2
