Kidderminster Harriers midfielder Russ Penn insists he is still determined to play in the Football League.Speaking after appearing for England C at the Kassam Stadium on Tuesday night, Penn said he he been flattered by the reaction of the Oxford crowd. "I have always had a decent game here," said 23-year-old Penn. "It's nice when they chant your name. "Everyone always wants to play in the Football League and I'm no different, so let's see."
