Striker Beardsley joins Stevenage

Stevenage Borough have added 25-year-old striker Chris Beardsley to their squad after he was released by Kettering earlier this month.He teams up again with manager Graham Westley after the pair worked together at both Kettering and Rushden. Midfielder Lawrie Wilson, 21, will be staying at the club after signing a new two-year-contract. But youngsters Liam McDevitt, Eliot Buchanan, George Brinkman and Zak Burke will be leaving the club.
