Kettering Town manager Carl Shutt believes Yeovil Town are promotion certainties after watching his side crash to a 4-0 defeat at Huish Park.
The Poppies are now seven points away from safety and face the prospect of making an immediate exit from the Nationwide Conference.
"Yeovil have got a lot of class," Shutt told the Northants Evening Telegraph.
"They pass the ball about well, have plenty of pace and a real appetite for hard work.
"We needed a game plan to try and combat them and for over an hour it worked. We were only 1-0 down and still in with a chance.
"Had our luck held, who knows what could have happened? They were certainly becoming a little anxious and we forced them into a change of tactics.
"In the end they won comfortably enough although the final scoreline was a little cruel on us. But they're as good as anything I've come up against in the Conference."
