England C lost the International Challenge Trophy final 1-0 to Belgium Under-21s at Oxford on Tuesday.Club Brugge striker Brecht Capon scored the only goal in the second half from the edge of the area. Grays' Ishmael Welsh almost forced extra time late on, but his shot was cleared off the line. The non-league select featured three non-Blue Square Premier players - Alfreton duo Liam Hearn and Paul Clayton and Droylsden's Sean Newton.
