Karlsruhe claim first away win

Karlsruhe moved into the top half of the Bundesliga table by beating struggling Arminia Bielefeld 2-1 on Friday evening.
Massimilian Porcello gave the visitors a 16th-minute lead with a simple tap-in after Arminia goalkeeper Dennis Eilhoff had failed to collect Antonio Da Silva's corner.
It remained 1-0 at half-time but Karlsruhe doubled their lead early in the second half when Eilhoff could only parry Joshua Kennedy's long-range effort and Sebastian Freis had the simple task of netting his fourth goal in five matches.
Arminia did halve the deficit with four minutes remaining when Berat Sadik's cross was headed home by Nico Herzig but it was too little too late for the struggling hosts.
