Tiago offered Ranieri hope

Juventus coach Claudio Ranieri says he will give midfielder Tiago a fresh chance to impress this season, with a move to England having failed to materialise.
The 27-year-old Portugal international had been expected to join Everton before the transfer window slammed shut, but Tiago is now poised to stay in Turin.
Ranieri told Rai Sport: "Tiago is a wonderful lad, an exemplary professional, and if he remains I would happily accept it.
"September is a few days away thankfully and the transfer window will close.
"Has he asked to speak to me? He hasn't spoken to me about these things, he talks with the club about it. He knows that I rate him and he is improving."
Tiago made just 19 appearances in his first season with Juve, having previously enjoyed spells with Lyon, Chelsea, Benfica and Sporting Braga.
