Pepe refusing to get carried away

Juventus front man Simone Pepe has called for calm after the Old Lady claimed a fine 2-1 Serie A success over AC Milan at the weekend.

The Turin-based outfit grabbed the pivotal win at the San Siro to fire them back into contention at the top end of the table, but Pepe wants a sense of realism to return to the dressing room.

"The win on Saturday gave us more security in our means. But I will not mention the Scudetto," he said.

"I am only interested in our next games against Salzburg and Cesena.

"So far we have obtained three draws in the Europa League, we need a win to progress as it is a competition we want to do well in."
