Juventus were happy with their efforts after coming from behind to draw 2-2 with Bayern Munich in Turin.

Thomas Muller and Arjen Robben put the German champions on top in the Champions League last-16 first leg, with a home clash to come on March 16.

But Paulo Dybala and Stefano Sturaro drew Juventus level and midfielder Sami Khedira told BT Sport 2: "After 0-2 after 60 minutes, I think it is a good result for us.

"Definitely the first half was not good enough for us but the second half, we came back like a big team and this is why we're happy with the draw."

A tough task awaits Juve in the Allianz Arena, especially having given up two away goals, and Khedira said: "We have to win there to go into the next round. It's going to be very difficult but nothing is impossible."

Team-mate Paul Pogba added: "It's a bit disappointing because we wanted to win, obviously, before the game.

"We will take a (draw) and we will think about the next game.

"We did very well the second half, we know now how to make difficulty for Bayern so we're going to play on this and think about the next game so we can do very well."

If Pogba was disappointed with a draw, though, so were Bayern having held such a strong position.

Robben said: "If you're in front and it's 0-2 away from home, it's disappointing. If you control the match that well against such a great team, you have to finish it well.

"That's what was lacking a little bit in the last half an hour, they kept pressing more and we have to stay cooler."
