Juve win Turin thriller
Sunday Apr 13 2008 12:43

Alessandro Del Piero was on target as Juventus beat ten-man AC Milan 3-2 in a Turin thriller.

The veteran Italy international gave Juve a 12th-minute lead before two goals by Filippo Inzaghi put the Rossoneri 2-1 up just after the half-hour mark.

However, Hasan Salihamidzic equalised just before half-time and, after Milan defender Daniele Bonera was sent off for a bad tackle on Momo Sissoko, Salihamidzic grabbed the winner for Juve with ten minutes left.

In the day's other match Catania remain in relegation trouble after losing 1-0 at Palermo.

Substitute Fabrizio Miccoli scored Palermo's late winner as they secured their 11th win of the campaign.
