Juventus defender Zdenek Grygera's season could be over after he picked up a thigh muscle injury during training.
The Czech Republic international was injured towards the end of new coach Ciro Ferrara's first training session.
"Grygera complained of a muscular problem on his left leg and he went back to the dressing room," read a club statement.
Grygera has already been ruled out of Sunday's encounter with Siena and is unlikely to figure in the season-ending game with Lazio.
Juve are currently one point clear of Fiorentina in the race for the final Champions League automatic qualifying place.
