Conte cools Juve reports

Bari coach and former Juventus midfielder Antonio Conte has played down reports linking him with the vacancy at the Turin club.

Conte has guided Bari back to Serie A after an eight-year absence this season and his exploits in the second division have led to suggestions that he is wanted back at Juve.

However, Conte claims he has not been approached by his former employers and is happy to continuing coaching Bari.

"I have not signed agreements with any club," said Conte.

"I say this in an honest and fair way. I have not committed to anyone.

"I'm hearing so much talk in the press about me going to different sides, but there are no agreements with anyone and nobody has ever heard me or the president say that I am leaving Bari.

"At the moment, there is a 50 per cent chance that I will stay here."

Juve parted company with former coach Claudio Ranieri two weeks ago and handed Ciro Ferrara the reins on an interim basis.
