Ivory Coast forward Salomon Kalou is injured and will miss his country's 2013 Africa Cup of Nations qualifier against Senegal on October 13.

Lille's new 27-year-old recruit was among the scorers in the Elephants' 4-2 first leg win in Abidjan.

Ivory Coast French coach Sabri Lamouchi's 23-player squad announced Friday is spearheaded by Didier Drogba, now playing for Chinese club Shanghai Shenhua.

Newcastle midfielder Ismael Cheik Tiote makes his return, while 19-year-old Norwegian-based goalkeeper Mande Sayouba has earned his first call-up.

One name missing from the list however is winger Kader Keita, currently without a club, who played in last month's first leg in Abidjan.
