Ipswich Town midfielder Sylvain Legwinski looks set to miss the start of pre-season training as he continues to recover from a broken metatarsal.
The veteran Frenchman missed the final two months of the Tractor Boys' Championship campaign and Town physio Matt Byard has confirmed he is struggling to be fit for the start of pre-season.
He told the club's official website: "Sylvain has seen a specialist and the fracture is healing well.
"He is deep-water running in the swimming pool at the moment, which enables him to work the foot without putting it under stress and he will be swimming as well for the next three or four weeks.
"We are monitoring his progress daily and we are happy with the way things are going, but he's likely to start pre-season a little behind the other players."
