The Football Association has charged Ipswich Town boss Jim Magilton for a second time this season.
The former Northern Ireland international midfielder has been charged with using abusive and/or insulting words during last month's 1-0 defeat at Stoke City.
Magilton was sent to the stands during the game for complaining about the Potters' controversial use of the multi-ball system.
He told the club's official website: "I won't be appealing over the decision - there's no point.
"I'll take my punishment, but there'll be managers up and down the country that would have behaved in the same way I did.
"I'd like to see the ball thrown back to us as quickly as it is to the home side when we're playing away, but it doesn't always happen. In short, I'd like to see the multi-ball system banned."
Magilton was fined for using abusive words to a referee in November - but escaped a touchline ban.
He has until March 13 to formally respond to his latest charge.
