Ipswich Town full-back Liam Rosenior has declared his praise for outspoken boss Roy Keane.
The 25-year-old, who is on a season-long loan from Championship rivals Reading, believes the squad of players are all behind the Irishman despite their disappointing start to the league campaign.
Speaking to Evening Star, he said: "When you get a 'well done' from Roy Keane you know you've done well.
"Mentally, he's a very strong man and football's a mental game. You have to be confident and have confidence in your own ability.
"Since I've come here I've realised that I need to make a difference in every game I play. He's willing to back his players and we love playing for him."
