Portsmouth admit Norris interest

Ipswich Town midfielder David Norris is eager to join Portsmouth, according to Pompey boss Steve Cotterill.Norris, whose contract is set to expire in six months time, has made little progress in securing a new deal with Town after opening talks in November. "We know that David Norris wants to join us," Cotterill told BBC Radio Solent of the 29-year-old. "So we are hoping that maybe that one will get sorted out, maybe within the next week."
