Millwall will be without striker Josh McQuoid, who has suffered an ankle injury in training and will be sidelined for around three weeks.Tamika Mkandawire and centre-back Paul Robinson are also out and Liam Trotter (back) is a doubt, but Alan Dunne is available after serving a ban.
