    Miller agrees Town deal

    20 Jun 2007 - 10:48:07

Ipswich Town defender Ian Miller has pledged his immediate future to the club after agreeing terms on a new one-year contract at Portman Road.

The 23-year-old moved to the club from Bury Town at the start of last season after impressing on trial.

He spent parts of the 2006-07 campaign on loan at Boston United and Darlington, making 12 appearances for the Pilgrims as they suffered relegation from the Football League, and playing seven games for the Quakers.

His only first-team appearance in the Championship came at the end of March, when he came on as a substitute in the 3-0 victory against Plymouth Argyle.

Fabian Wilnis has also agreed a new one-year deal, while Jaime Peters is set to sign a three-year contract after being granted a new work permit.
