Ipswich Town manager Jim Magilton has revealed that he is interested in bringing Sunderland striker Tommy Miller back to Portman Road.
The 27-year-old former Hartlepool United star made almost 150 appearances for Town before moving to Wearside in the summer of 2005.
He has scored three goals in 35 appearances for the Black Cats but has not included in boss Roy Keane's first-team squad for over two months.
"Tommy is out of the whole set-up at Sunderland at the moment and is only playing reserves games there," Magilton told Town's official website.
"His wife has just given birth to twins and his attentions are squarely with his family - and rightly so - so he's not going anywhere in the immediate future.
"We're always going to be linked with him but certainly if he did become available and wanted to move on, we'd look seriously at bringing him back here."
