Ipswich Town boss Jim Magilton praised loan striker Francis Jeffers who produced an outstanding display in the 5-2 thrashing of Hull City at the KC Stadium.
The 26-year-old was making his first start for Town since his loan switch from Blackburn Rovers and marked it with a goal.
"Franny was the outstanding individual," drooled Magilton. "He showed real quality and worked very hard.
"You can see his quality, especially at this level, and we feel he can give us that little something extra.
"Hull put us on the back foot and I wasn't happy with our performance in the first half even though we ended it 2-1 up."
