Lee boost for Tractor Boys

Ipswich Town have been boosted by the news that striker Alan Lee could be fit for their next Championship clash. The eight-goal striker was replaced in the first half of last weekend's 6-0 win over Bristol City with an Achilles injury. But Lee is now expected to be fit for the Tractor Boys' trip to Cardiff City on November 24. "There are no major issues and we will let the Achilles settle down," physio Matt Byard told the club's official website. "Alan will then undergo a programme of exercise and rehab next week and at the moment, we are confident he will be okay for the Cardiff match."
