Keane eyes attacking improvement

Published: 07 Feb 2010 - 10:54:02

Ipswich boss Roy Keane has called on his side to be more clinical with their final ball following the 1-1 draw against Middlesbrough. The Tractor Boys took just 23 seconds to break the deadlock at Portman Road through debutant Daryl Murphy. But David Wheater levelled the scores when he rose highest to send a header spinning into the Ipswich net and the result leaves the Suffolk side hovering above the relegation zone."Scoring goals has been a problem for us all season," said Keane. "In the second half we got in some really good positions but we just needed the final ball. The final ball is the most important one in football."If you look at what happens between the two boxes we do reasonably well. But what goes on in the boxes it what life's all about."
