Keane confirms Town striker bid

Republic of Ireland international Quinn is believed to be a target for fellow Championship side Barnsley but Keane has moved to deny rumours. He told the club's official website: "I'm not sure where those stories have come from. We've had no offer for Quinner. "We've had an offer for one of our strikers which has been accepted by the club. We have given permission for the player to speak to the club concerned but that doesn't mean that a deal is done."
