Veliche Shumulikoski could be on his way out of Ipswich to join Championship rivals Preston North End after manager Roy Keane accepted their bid.
The FYR Macedonia international has been in talks with the Deepdale outfit after they tabled an offer.
Shumulikoski joined the Portman Road outfit from Turkish side Bursaspor in January 2008 for £500,000 and made 43 appearances, scoring one goal.
Speaking to the club's official website, Keane said: "We have accepted an offer for Shumi and he has been talking to Preston over the last day or so.
"He is trying to finalise bits and pieces here and it looks as though he may be on his way.
"We will know more over the weekend but if he leaves us, he will go with our best wishes."
