Ipswich trio handed fitness boost

Ipswich Town's Shane O'Connor, Damien Delaney and Luciano Civelli all played 90 minutes for the reserves as they stepped up their returns from injury.O'Connor, 20, scored as the Town second-string beat Milwall's reserves 4-3 on Tuesday. The defender tore a hamstring while on duty for the Republic of Ireland Under-21s last month.
