Ipswich Town have handed a trial spell to Fulham's out-of-favour French midfielder Sylvain Legwinski with a view to a possible transfer.
The 32-year-old has been told he no longer has a future at Craven Cottage, despite having a year left on his contract, and is looking for a move in order to get his career back on track.
He has already had a stint with Troyes in his homeland, but his desire is to remain in England and his representative has confirmed Ipswich's interest.
Craig Hutchison told Skysports: "He is there having a look at them, and they are looking at him.
"We will see what happens, he is due to play in a behind closed doors game for them."
