De Vos sets return target

Ipswich Town captain Jason De Vos is confident that he will be fit enough to take part in pre-season training after having surgery to repair a fractured metatarsal.
The 33-year-old Canadian has had surgery in a London hospital after playing through the pain barrier in recent weeks.
"Everything is very positive and, if my recovery goes to plan, I should be able to join the rest of the lads for the start of pre-season training," De Vos told Town's official website.
"From past experience I know that if you miss the start of pre-season, you're always playing catch-up - and you never make it.
"I hate missing games and we held off as long as we could before I had the operation, but we couldn't go beyond this week otherwise it would definitely have put me behind the others in the summer."
