De Vos out for season

Ipswich Town captain Jason De Vos won't play again this season after the club decided to bring forward his foot surgery which had been scheduled for the summer.
De Vos has been playing for the past few weeks with a metatarsal fracture, but with the Tractor Boys' Championship future now secured, the club skipper will undergo surgery now rather than waiting until the end of the campaign.
"Jason has been playing in pain for a while but it's important he now has the surgery," Town manager Jim Magilton told the club's official website.
"The date has been booked for the operation and hopefully it will enable him to be back with us for the start of pre-season training.
"We want to hit the ground running next year and it's important we have a fully-fit squad reporting for duty when we come back in June."
